As a Physical Therapist (PT) at Pearl Pointe, you'll work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized therapy plans for our residents. You'll conduct evaluations, assessments, and treatments to help our residents achieve their goals and maintain their independence. Your expertise will help us provide top-notch care and improve the overall health and well-being of our residents.

**Responsibilities**

* Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to identify physical therapy needs and develop individualized treatment plans
* Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments, including exercises, stretches, and modalities, to help residents achieve their goals
* Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, nurses, and occupational therapists, to ensure comprehensive care
* Monitor and document progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
* Educate residents, families, and caregivers on proper techniques and exercises to support continued recovery and prevention of future injuries
* Maintain accurate and thorough records of patient treatments and progress
