SALARY: $21.00/hr

What You'll Do:
- Prepare, stretch, top, and bake handcrafted pizzas to recipe standards.
- Prep sauces, toppings, cheeses, and other ingredients for daily service.
- Set up, stock, and maintain the pizza station.
- Follow recipes, portion standards, and food safety guidelines.
- Keep your workstation clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Assist with prep, cleaning, and other kitchen duties as needed.
- Work efficiently with the team during busy service periods.
What We're Looking For:
- 1+ year of commercial pizza-making experience required.
- Experience hand-stretching dough and using commercial pizza ovens.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of food safety.
- Dependable, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume kitchen.
- Food Handler Certification required.
Physical Requirements:
- Stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Comfortable working around hot ovens in a fast-paced kitchen.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
