Licensing & Experience Requirements Active Property & Casualty license required Active Life & Health license required Minimum 1 year of recent State Farm agency experience required Proven sales production history required Professional references required Role Overview This is a sales-first role where your primary responsibility is generating revenue through cross-selling, upselling, coverage reviews, and active lead management. You will also handle service responsibilities as needed, ensuring clients receive timely and professional support. The ability to seamlessly pivot from servicing a policy change into identifying and closing an additional coverage need is essential.
