Finance Manager
Seeking a Finance Manager to lead monthly close, financial reporting, performance analysis, and executive-level reporting for a large business unit. This role partners closely with business leaders, accounting teams, and finance stakeholders to provide accurate financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and ensure strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead monthly close coordination, financial reporting, variance analysis, and executive reporting.
Analyze business performance, identify trends and risks, and provide actionable insights to leadership.
Support budgeting, forecasting, financial governance, accruals, and internal controls.
Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational leaders on strategic initiatives and reporting needs.
Drive process improvements, reporting enhancements, and finance transformation efforts.
Mentor and develop team members while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications
5+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, Accounting, Financial Reporting, or related areas.
Experience supporting monthly close, management reporting, forecasting, and executive-level financial analysis.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively with senior stakeholders.
Experience with enterprise financial systems and reporting tools preferred.
CPA, CFA, MBA, or similar credentials are a plus.
