Minimum Qualifications

• BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
• Experience in outpatient physical therapy settings preferred.
• Demonstrated competency in evaluation, treatment planning, documentation, and use of clinical reasoning.
• Ability to complete timely, accurate medical record documentation including goal writing, functional quality indicators, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry.
• Ability to follow physician orders and work within insurance approvals as necessary.
• Commitment to professional development and adherence to state Practice Act and continuing education requirements.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in outpatient clinics with diverse caseloads.
• Experience participating in student education and supervision.
• Familiarity with performance improvement initiatives and quality improvement processes.

Assignment Details

• Shift pattern: 5x8.
• Work days: Monday through Friday.
• Candidate may be expected to adhere to clinic guidelines for appearance, attendance, and punctuality.
