Summary:

This position will provide customer service support for customers. Will perform a variety of office assistance, support, and clerical work, including customer order entry and strong customer service support. This role is essential in ensuring smooth daily operations across order fulfillment, logistics coordination, and customer interaction. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and acts as the central hub connecting sales, warehouse and production. Must be able to handle multiple priorities and frequent interruptions.

Primary Duties:

• Customer point of contact – provide professional, customer-focused contact by telephone or by email.

• Customer order entry and processing - Receiving orders by phone, e-mail, etc. Ensure orders are entered into IFS accurately, edited for part number, description, pricing, etc.

• Invoice orders promptly as they are shipped.

• Update and maintain customer agreements in IFS

• Prepare quotes, proposals, and product information for the sales team.

• Order Support - Follow-up on orders placed, purchase orders-as needed, coordinate customer orders with production, and coordinate logistics with shipping.

• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate documentation and product specifications.

• Strong Customer Service Support.

• Receiving dept duties—adjust PO’s to reflect exact quantities received and register purchase order arrivals.

Non-Essential Duties:

• Assist in daily office operations as needed as requested by supervisor

Experience:

• High school graduate or equivalent

• Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a similar business environment and / or training.

• Or equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the applicant with the knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in ERP/CRM systems, Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook applications preferred using PC Windows environment

• Demonstrated ability to identify problems and implement effective solutions proactively.

• Highly motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of accountability
