About the Role: We are looking for an experienced and licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR) to provide high-quality occupational therapy services to our residents in a variety of settings. As an Occupational Therapist (OTR) with Aspire Senior Living Webb City, you will: Conduct initial and ongoing assessments of residents' physical and cognitive abilities Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve residents' functional abilities and independence Provide therapy services in various settings, including resident rooms, therapy rooms, and outdoor spaces Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care planning Educate and train caregiving staff on therapeutic techniques and strategies Maintain accurate and detailed records of resident progress and treatment plans Responsibilities: Provide occupational therapy services to residents in accordance with their individualized treatment plans Develop and implement effective therapy programs to improve residents' physical and cognitive abilities Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations to identify residents' strengths, weaknesses, and goals Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes Maintain up-to-date knowledge of evidence-based practices and industry developments Requirements: Current Occupational Therapist (OTR) certification in the state of Missouri Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy Ability to provide services in a variety of settings, including skilled nursing facilities, assisted living communities, and rehabilitative settings Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
