Metal Recycling Sorter
National Star Services is a 27-year-old facility management company providing different services all nationwide and we are now in search of a Metal Recycling Sorter in Chicago, IL 60612.
Duties: As a Sorter you will perform a variety of physical tasks to support our recycling operation, handling and sorting materials like aluminum, copper, and brass. Keeping the work area clean, and working alongside a team. This role involves standing for long periods, lifting, and following safety procedures. Training is provided, and attention to detail and teamwork are important.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Pay: $17.05/hour Paid bi-weekly!
Requirements:
- Bilingual: Fluency in both English and Spanish is required to effectively communicate with our diverse team.
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work.
- Must wear steel-toe boots.
- Must have two valid forms of ID to apply.
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
- Background check & Drug test are required.
