Kinetic Marketing is expanding in Cincinnati and looking for a Marketing Representative to join our growing team. We partner with mission-driven organizations to help increase awareness, strengthen community engagement, and build lasting support through effective marketing campaigns. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to gain practical experience, strengthen their communication and marketing skills, and develop within a company where strong performance can lead to greater responsibility. The Opportunity You’ll work alongside our team supporting the delivery of client campaigns across the Cincinnati market. Your responsibilities will include: Representing client campaigns and communicating key messaging Building positive relationships with customers and communities Increasing awareness and generating interest in current initiatives Supporting customer acquisition and campaign goals Working with the team to achieve campaign objectives Providing feedback and insights from campaign interactions Who We’re Looking For We’re open to a range of backgrounds and particularly interested in people who are: Confident and comfortable communicating with others Motivated, reliable, and willing to learn Comfortable working toward clear goals Receptive to coaching and feedback Interested in developing professionally Able to work effectively as part of a team Experience in marketing, retail, customer service, hospitality, sales, or events can transfer well, but a specific marketing background isn’t required.
