Senior UX Designer AI / Product Design

Location: Chicago, IL or Dallas, TX

Salary: $110K $125K Base

Work Arrangement: Chicago Hybrid (3 days/week onsite minimum) | Dallas Remote, must live within 90 minutes of the Dallas office Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior UX Designer to help design next-generation AI-powered products and platforms . This is a hands-on role focused on UX research, product design, prototyping, and creating intuitive user experiences.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end UX design including research, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
Use AI-powered tools to rapidly prototype and explore design concepts.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineers, and UX Leads.
Apply and contribute to scalable design systems and UX standards.
Conduct usability testing and incorporate user feedback.
Champion accessibility and inclusive design practices.
Present design concepts and decisions to stakeholders.
Stay current with emerging UX, AI, and design technologies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Psychology, or related field.
3+ years of UX/Product Design experience.
Strong portfolio demonstrating UX/UI, research, interaction design, and prototyping.
Strong Figma experience.
Experience with design systems.
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
Experience or strong interest in AI-powered design/prototyping tools .
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Self-starter who can work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred: Experience in legal, financial, professional services, consulting, or other enterprise environments.
