Job Description

As part of our mission to pave the way for children's success worldwide, Therapy Source is currently seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to provide in-person services for public school students. These positions are for the Extended School Year (ESY) and/or part of the 2026/2027 school year.

Position 1 - ESY: Dates: June 18th through July 16th Hours: 8:15-11:45 am $68-$75 per hour

Position 2 - Leave Coverage: Dates: September 1st through November 25th Hours: 8:15am - 2:45pm $68-$75 per hour

The same SLP having availability for both summer and fall is preferred, but not necessary.

Speech-Language Pathologist Qualifications:

• Speech-Language Pathologist License in New Jersey
• School Certification in New Jersey
• Possession of (or willingness to obtain) up-to-date clearances
• Proof of individual professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)

Speech-Language Pathologist Responsibilities May Include:

• Addressing personal, social, emotional, academic, and vocational needs that impact educational goals
• Providing push-in support in classrooms
• Performing evaluations and providing appropriate goals for students who require speech/language therapy.
• Providing continued support for students' Individual Education Programs (IEPs).
• Maintaining appropriate records and documentation.
• Developing and implementing IEPs
• Performing all related work, documentation, and reporting as required.
