Pay: $80,000.00 - $138,600.00 per year Job description: About the Role Speech Kids NY is currently looking for a passionate and reliable Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) or Clinical Fellow (CF) to join our growing team. This position focuses primarily on working with students in school-based settings, providing high-quality speech and language services. You will play a key role in supporting children’s communication development and helping them succeed academically and socially. Key Responsibilities Perform speech and language evaluations and interpret results Create and implement individualized therapy plans Provide direct therapy services (articulation, language, fluency, etc.) Work with children with a range of communication needs Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families Maintain accurate session notes and documentation Participate in IEP meetings when required Monitor and track student progress Qualifications Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology NYS TSSLD certification (required) NYS SLP license (or Clinical Fellow status) Experience in school settings or with pediatric population preferred Strong communication and organizational skills Compensation $80,000–$119,700 annually — Clinical Fellows (CF), depending on schedule and school calendar (36–42 weeks) $113,400–$138,600 annually — Licensed SLPs, depending on schedule and school calendar (36–42 weeks) Part-time employment is also available on a fee-for-service basis: $95 per hour for Clinical Fellows (CFs) $110 per hour for Licensed SLPs Benefits Flexible scheduling options Health insurance Paid time off 401(k) Referral bonus program Disability insurance Work Details Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, or Contract Location: In-person (Bronx, NY) Start: As soon as available Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Disability insurance Flexible schedule Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Application Question(s): Do you currently hold a NYS TSSLD certification?
