Job Description:

MLR Healthcare is looking for a skilled Surgical Technologist to join our team for the day shift. In this role, you will assist surgeons during procedures, prepare and maintain the operating room, and ensure a sterile environment. We offer a competitive salary along with an attractive sign-on bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist surgeons by providing necessary instruments and supplies during procedures.
Prepare and maintain the operating room before, during, and after surgeries.
Ensure all surgical equipment is properly sterilized and functioning.
Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure smooth and efficient patient care.

Qualifications:

Associate's degree in Applied Science Surgical Technology from an accredited program.
Indiana License as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or certification as a Surgical Technologist within 6 months of hire.
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
