Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO AS A CANYON RANCH COLLEAGUE:

Ensures the smooth, efficient operation and pristine appearance of Canyon Ranch Vitality spaces. Delivers world‑class guest service by welcoming guests, explaining concepts and benefits, and assisting with equipment setup and use. Serves as a knowledgeable resource on Vitality technology, equipment, and the benefits of each space. Maintains cleanliness, safety, and organization of all areas, including stocking supplies, refreshments, and completing opening/closing procedures. Recommends and schedules complementary services and activities to enhance the guest experience. Sells and processes retail items and manages guest scheduling using Canyon Ranch software. Qualifications

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Basic computer skills are required. Strong communication skills and professionalism in all situations. Ability to multitask while delivering superior guest service. Demonstrate reliability, adaptability, and a positive attitude.
