• Position : Cook
• Location: Pittsfield, MA
• Assignment Lengths: 13 weeks with opportunity for extenstion
• Shift: Days - 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
• Full Time: 40 hrs per week

Description:

• Under the direct supervision of the Chef/Patient Foodservice Manager, prepares, seasons and cooks food for the hospital patients, employees and visitors.
• Ability to work with a wide variety of people
• Must have very good interpersonal skills
• Ability to read, write and follow oral written instruction
• Must have the ability to move quickly from one task to another as needs of the department change
• Must be well organized and able to multitask

Experience:

• 2-4 yrs full-time cooking experience required
• High school diploma required
• Graduate of a formal technical school specializing in hotel or institutional cooking STRONGLY PREFERRED
• Medical terminology course completion preferred
• Must have their own vehicle
