We are seeking a dedicated, patient-centered Family Nurse Practitioner to join our clinical team. This position is located at a federally designated Health Professional Shortage Area (HPSA) site with active NHSC site credentials. How You'll Make an Impact

• Provide comprehensive primary care and urgent care clinical services, evaluating and managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Conduct physical exams, screenings, preventive care, and appropriate diagnostic workups.
• Document clinical care accurately and promptly within the EMR.
• Coordinate with care teams, medical assistants, front desk, and referral partners within our comprehensive system of care.
• Support access to care for diverse patient populations, adhering strictly to Nao Medical clinical, compliance, and patient-experience standards.
• Maintain required licensure, DEA registration, credentialing, and payer enrollment.

Requirements

• NYS FNP license + board certification (AANP/ANCC)
• Master's degree in Nurse Practitioner Studies (Family Health)
• EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
• FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
• DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
• Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
• New grads are welcome
