Primary Care Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) - Crown Heights

Secure a total compensation package exceeding $230K+ potential in Brooklyn. Blending primary care continuity with the variety of urgent care, this Crown Heights FNP position offers a $125K-$188K base, up to $45,000 in annual bonuses, and a $5,000 sign-on bonus. Compensation + Benefits

$125K-$188K base salary (depending on experience and schedule)
Up to $45,000/year in performance incentive bonuses
Up to $5,000 sign-on bonus (based off experience)

What You'll Do

Evaluate, diagnose, and treat acute + chronic conditions
Order and interpret labs, imaging, and diagnostics
Create treatment plans and coordinate follow-up care
Educate patients on preventive health and wellness
Document visits in EMR using technology-driven tools

Requirements

MSN/DNP with Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) specialization
Active New York State NP license
Board certification: AANP or ANCC (FNP)
EMR experience and strong HIPAA knowledge
FMCSA certification or willingness to obtain within 3 months
DEA preferred or willingness to obtain
Preferred: 1+ year primary/urgent care; bilingual English/Spanish
