$50,000-$60,000 Base Salary + Bonus Opportunity

Our client is seeking an experienced Insurance Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of a busy and growing insurance office. This is an excellent opportunity for a strong leader who enjoys improving processes, supporting a team, and keeping an office running efficiently.

What You'll Do

Oversee daily office operations and ensure efficient workflows
Support and manage customer service representatives and account managers
Assist with payroll, employee time off, and commission tracking
Perform bookkeeping and account reconciliations
Maintain licensing compliance for agency staff
Coordinate office events, meetings, travel, and scheduling
Manage office supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships
Help create an exceptional experience for both employees and clients

Qualifications

Previous office management experience (insurance industry strongly preferred)
Experience with bookkeeping, payroll, and administrative operations
Strong organizational and leadership skills
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business software
Experience with CRM or Agency Management Systems (HawkSoft, AgencyZoom, or similar) is a plus
QuickBooks or accounting software experience preferred
