Responsibilities

Serve as the friendly face and voice of our office, welcoming visitors and managing incoming phone calls.

Organize and maintain both digital and physical filing systems to keep our operations running smoothly.

Manage schedules, coordinate appointments, and assist with meeting preparations.

Prepare routine correspondence, reports, and presentations for the team.

Support various projects by helping with data entry, research, and coordinating office supplies.

Collaborate with other staff members to ensure the office remains a welcoming and productive space for everyone.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Clear and professional verbal and written communication.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.

Previous experience in an office setting or customer-facing role is helpful.
