Rock Valley Physical Therapy is seeking a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our exceptional team of professionals. What you’ll Do:
- Perform comprehensive evaluations on a variety of orthopedic and neurologic conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions to improve strength, mobility, pain management, function, and overall quality of life.
- Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate.
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs, injury prevention, and long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with physicians and other health care professionals and community partners.
- Contribute to a positive, supportive, and team-oriented clinical environment.
