Job Description:

\n

We are seeking a highly skilled, hands-on Lead Full Stack Developer to drive the design, development, and delivery of scalable, cloud-native applications aligned to the Golden Path engineering stack. This role requires strong technical depth across modern frontend engineering, backend services, distributed systems, AWS/GCP cloud platforms, DevOps, observability, automated testing, and AI-assisted engineering practices.

\n

The ideal candidate will lead by example, mentor engineers, influence architecture decisions, and own end-to-end delivery of business-critical solutions while ensuring high standards for scalability, reliability, security, performance, maintainability, and operational excellence.

\n

Key Responsibilities

\n

\n
• Lead the architecture, design, and delivery of enterprise-grade full-stack applications across frontend, backend, cloud, and data layers.
\n
• Build scalable, reusable frontend experiences ( ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript , hooks) and robust backend APIs/microservices ( Go, Java, Python, Node.js ), integrated via REST, gRPC, Thrift, and event-driven patterns.
\n
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS with containerized platforms, CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and monitoring.
\n
• Own features end to end — from design through deployment, production support, and continuous improvement.
\n
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and code reviews ; drive engineering excellence in testing, security, observability, and performance.
\n
• Implement comprehensive testing strategies (unit, integration, API, Cypress-based UI regression ) and troubleshoot complex production issues .
\n
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers, and collaborate closely with product managers, architects, designers, and business stakeholders.
\n
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, and trade-offs clearly across technical and non-technical stakeholders.
\n

Required Skills & Experience

\n

Technical Experience

\n

\n
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent, with 8+ years of full-stack software engineering experience.
\n
• Deep expertise in ReactJS, TypeScript, JavaScript (hooks, functional components), building scalable, high-performance UIs.
\n
• Strong backend development in Go, Java, Python, or Node.js — APIs, microservices, and distributed systems ( REST, gRPC, Thrift ; Koa).
\n
• Solid grounding in system design, distributed systems, scalability, resiliency, and performance optimization.
\n
• Experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Aurora, RDS, MongoDB, DynamoDB, Redis).
\n
• Strong AWS experience (ECS, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and similar), plus Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and CI/CD (CircleCI).
\n
• Experience with comprehensive testing (unit, integration, API, UI — Jest/Cypress) and observability/monitoring (Datadog, CloudWatch).
\n
• Strong understanding of networking and security fundamentals (DNS, authentication, encryption, secure API design).
\n
• Familiarity with AI-assisted engineering tools (Gemini, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) and Agile/Scrum delivery.
\n

Nice to Have Skills

• Experience with event-driven architecture and messaging platforms such as Kafka, AWS EventBridge, SQS, or similar technologies.
\n
• Hands-on exposure to workflow orchestration and data processing platforms such as Databricks, Airflow, Temporal, or equivalent tools.
\n
• Experience with Elasticsearch or other high-scale search, analytics, indexing, and data retrieval platforms.
\n
• Experience contributing to enterprise design systems, shared UI component libraries, or large-scale frontend codebases.
\n
• Familiarity with monorepo development environments and build systems such as Bazel.
\n
• Infrastructure-as-Code experience using Terraform, AWS CDK, CloudFormation, or similar automation tools.
\n
• Exposure to high-scale SaaS, marketplace, PropTech, real estate technology, or customer-facing digital product platforms.
\n
• Experience working with geographically distributed engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders.
