As the Rental Service Administrator, you will provide operational support for the Rental Store. You will perform multiple duties related to invoicing, reporting, and maintaining accurate databases. The Rental Service Administrator plays a critical role in achieving internal and external customer satisfaction by ensuring that back-office functions are performed timely and accurately.

Primary responsibilities include accurately processing all rental invoices and credits, understanding the Rental Agreement Terms and Conditions so as to fully understand the components of rental agreements and invoices, providing updates to customers on services and invoices both in person and over the phone, communicating with management about any issues related to invoicing, customer complaints, and technician needs, dispatching field service technicians to customer sites, assisting in inventory reconciliation process by helping to research missing items and processing write-off invoices for un-located items with management approval, generating reports, such as a monthly credit report, as needed, and creating purchase order numbers and coding invoices for accounts payable.

Additional responsibilities include participating in required safety program, and working in a safe manner, answering incoming calls if Rental Coordinators are unavailable, controlling supply expense by serving as the single point of contact for ordering office supplies, and additional duties as assigned by manager.

To be successful in this position you should have a prior experience in an administrative role, be able to provide a superior customer experience, have excellent problem solving skills and be able to work independently. This position will place you in both and office and shop setting.

Education/Experience: High school or equivalent.

Required qualifications/skills include at least two (2) years as an administrative assistant or similar role, proficient with Outlook, Excel (formulas, charts, graphs), Word and PowerPoint, and at least two (2) years assisting customers with accounts in person and over the phone.

Preferred qualifications/skills include one (1) year experience as a Service Coordinator or Service Writer in the automotive/truck/heavy equipment industry.
