As a Dental Treatment Coordinator at JLM Dental Studio, you'll be at the heart of our mission to enhance lives through exceptional dental care. Your role is pivotal in ensuring every patient feels valued and understood, from their first visit to the completion of their treatment. You'll manage appointment schedules, facilitate seamless communication between patients and our dental team, and assist with financial aspects of treatment plans, ensuring clarity and satisfaction. Patient Communication: • Communicate with patients to schedule appointments, follow up on missed appointments, and send reminders. • Address patient inquiries, provide information about upcoming appointments, and offer assistance in understanding treatment plans. Coordination with the Dental Team: • Collaborate with dentists, hygienists, and other dental staff to ensure a coordinated approach to patient care. • Communicate patient needs, preferences, and special considerations to the dental team. Follow-up Communication: • Conduct follow-up communication with patients to ensure understanding of treatment plans and address any post-appointment concerns. • Schedule follow-up appointments and provide reminders to patients as necessary. Record Keeping and Documentation: • Maintain accurate and organized patient records, including treatment plans, insurance information, and financial agreements. • Ensure compliance with patient privacy regulations and maintain confidentiality of patient information. • Document patient preferences, special requests, and any relevant information to enhance the patient experience.
