The Operations Specialist keeps Spark's middle school humming: the front office, family communication, student records and logistics, and the dozens of details that let teachers teach and students learn. It is a fast, people-facing, highly organized role at the center of the building.

What you'll do

• Run the front office and be a warm, organized first point of contact for students, families, and staff.

• Communicate with families in both Spanish and English, by phone, in person, and in writing.

• Keep student records, attendance, and enrollment information accurate and up to date.

• Handle day-to-day logistics, scheduling, and supplies so the building runs smoothly.

• Use school systems and software quickly and accurately, and process information fast.

• Support school leaders on operations projects and other responsibilities as needed.

What we're looking for

• Fluent in Spanish and English; you will work directly with Spanish-speaking families.

• Hyper-organized, efficient, and productive, with a positive, can-do attitude.

• Comfortable with technology, and able to type and work quickly and accurately.

• Solid with everyday, high-school-level math.

• Evidence of hard work, reliability, and growing responsibility in past roles.

Job Requirements

• High school diploma required; a college degree is not required.

• No prior school-operations experience required; the right person will be trained.

• Citizenship, residency or work visa required.

Compensation Range: $50,000 - $65,604
