The TL;DR Role: Management Trainee Type: Full-time Location: In-person (relocation required after training) Mission: Develop future plant leadership by providing hands‑on experience in plant operations, personnel management, and business processes. What You’ll Actually Do Operation Learning: Learn and demonstrate the operation and function of all plant equipment within the manufacturing process. Role Performance: Perform and understand all plant and administrative roles, excluding commercial driving positions. Operational Support: Provide operational support by filling in for short‑term staffing needs as required. Report Management: Prepare, analyze, and interpret operational reports. Project Participation: Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and special projects as assigned. The Must‑Haves Background: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent technical degree. Career level is entry‑level, aiming for leadership. Experience: Proven ability to perform effectively under tight deadlines and strict quality standards. Skills: Strong communication skills, including verbal, written, and presentation abilities; demonstrated leadership capability; strong analytics and problem‑solving skills.
