Transaction Advisory Services Manager

Transaction Advisory Services Manager Weaver is seeking a Transaction Advisory Services Manager to join our growing team. The role involves strategic development and execution of transaction structures, financial due diligence, purchase agreements, and post‑closing transaction matters. The Manager will manage engagement quality and timelines, review data books, prepare client‑ready deliverables, and lead and mentor staff. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting CPA required 5+ years’ experience in transaction advisory services, financial due diligence, mergers, or acquisitions Advanced understanding of technical accounting literature with GAAP Experience with due diligence for private equity or strategic corporate buyers, analyzing targets’ financial/operational results, and preparing pro‑forma financial information Independent thinking and strong decision‑making skills Preferred Qualifications Master’s degree in Accounting or related field Proven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staff Strong relationship management and practice development skills Ability to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clients Compensation Annual base pay range in California and New York: $110,000 – $160,000. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location.
