About the Role Seoul Medical Group (SMG)/ Advanced Medical Management (AMM) is one of the nation\'s leading Independent Practice Associations (IPA), dedicated to delivering high-quality, culturally competent healthcare to diverse communities. We are seeking a creative, energetic, and detail-oriented Communication Coordinator to help elevate our brand, strengthen employee engagement, and support marketing and community outreach initiatives. Key Responsibilities Create and distribute internal communications, company announcements, newsletters, and employee engagement content. Develop content for social media, recruitment marketing, company websites, and branding campaigns. Support company branding initiatives and ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels. Design marketing materials, presentations, graphics, and promotional content using Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with company events, employee recognition programs, and community outreach initiatives. Collaborate with leadership and departments across the organization to support communication and marketing goals. Stay current on healthcare industry trends and help position AMM as a leading healthcare MSO. Qualifications 3+ years of experience in communications, marketing, public relations, or a related field. Experience creating content for internal communications, social media, and marketing campaigns. Strong writing, communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
