Hematology - Oncology Physician
StartDate: ASAP Available Shifts: Regular 10;24;Weekend;On Call Pay Rate: $388.00 - $420.00

This facility is seeking a Hematology - Oncology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule: Full-time coverage; 4x10-hour shifts per week, Monday-Thursday, 7:00am-5:00pm.
• Practice Setting: Inpatient and Outpatient
• Type of cases and required procedures: 100% adult; Hematology (30%) Oncology (70%)
• Credentialing timeframe: 90 days; coverage begins in October, with earlier start possible if privileges are obtained sooner.
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR): Not specified.
• Certifications required: Drug Enforcement Administration License required.
• Licensure required: Active Washington license or Active Interstate Medical Licensure Compact (IMLC), Board Certified required.
