Apartment Maintenance Technician

Westcal Management is currently hiring quality Apartment Maintenance Technicians to support two of our apartment properties in our Marysville / Yuba City CA portfolio. Full time. Great compensation paired with generous company sponsored benefits. Immediate hiring!

Required Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in various aspects of property maintenance
• Demonstrated ability to deliver quality, prompt and professional response to tenant service requests
• Demonstrated experience in lighting, electrical, plumbing, painting, carpentry and/or pool maintenance
• Flexible availability to cover after-hour maintenance calls
• Valid Driver's license and clean driving record
• Must pass criminal background check and non-DOT drug screen
• Good communication skills and the ability to deliver high quality customer care
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
