Senior Contracts Manager

Supporting commercial activities across North America and globally, the fully remote Senior Contracts Manager will manage, review, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements while serving as a trusted legal partner to cross-functional teams, with occasional travel required. Key responsibilities Review, draft, negotiate, and manage a broad range of customer and supplier commercial agreements Provide strategic contract support for product innovation initiatives and technology-driven agreements Collaborate with internal teams to facilitate timely contract review and improve contracting processes Required qualifications 10-12+ years of experience in reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts, preferably in an industrial equipment manufacturing environment Significant experience with technology, software, and SaaS agreements Experience supporting product development and strategic partnership agreements is strongly preferred Bachelor's degree is required; JD is preferred Prior experience with global or cross-border contracting activities is a plus
