This is a hands-on leadership role for a metrics-driven, process-oriented finance executive who thrives in high-growth, global environments. The CFO will build and scale robust financial infrastructure, from budgeting and forecasting to policy development and multi-currency reporting, while serving as a key voice in strategic decision-making and investor relationsKey ResponsibilitiesFinancial Strategy & LeadershipServe as a strategic advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team on all financial mattersDevelop and execute the company's financial strategy in alignment with PE investor expectations and growth objectivesLead, mentor and build out a finance teamPresent financial performance, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to the board and PE investorsBudgeting, Forecasting & Financial PlanningOwn the annual budgeting process and rolling financial forecasts across all geographiesBuild and maintain robust financial models to support scenario planning and revenue growth projectionsEstablish KPIs and financial dashboards to track company performance against targets in real timeProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual variance analysis with actionable insightsMetrics & Process ExcellenceDesign, implement, and continuously improve financial processes, controls, and reporting frameworksDefine and track core business metrics, burn rate, and margin profileDrive adoption of financial systems and tools that enable scale and operational efficiencyEstablish a culture of data-driven decision-making across business unitsPolicy Development & ComplianceDevelop, implement, and enforce company-wide financial policies including: Global travel and expense policy, Sales commission and incentive compensation plans, Procurement and vendor management policy, Approval authority matrix and spending controlsEnsure compliance with applicable financial regulations across all operating jurisdictions (US and abroad)Oversee tax strategy, transfer pricing, and statutory reportingPartner with legal counsel to manage contracts, insurance, and corporate governance mattersAccounting & Financial OperationsOversee all accounting functions including GL, accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and treasuryLead the month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timelinessMaintain relationships with external auditors, tax advisors, and banking partnersGrowth & Strategic InitiativesPartner with Sales, Product, and Operations leadership to evaluate pricing strategies and new market opportunitiesSupport PE-driven strategic initiativesLead financing strategy including debt, equity, and credit facility managementPrepare the company for future growth milestones including potential exit events or additional xhyhwjd fund raisingQualifications & ExperienceRequired10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years as a CFO, VP Finance or Corporate ControllerProven experience in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software company (insurance, PropTech, FinTech, or real estate tech preferred)Experience operating within a private equity-backed environmentDemonstrated ability to build and scale financial infrastructure from the ground upStrong track record of implementing financial policies, processes, and controlsDeep expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, and multi-entity consolidationsExceptional analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insightsStrong executive presence with experience presenting to boards and investorsPreferred: CPA, CFA, or MBAExperience with global payroll and HR-finance partnership in distributed teamsFamiliarity with Israeli, South American or Central American regulatory environmentsProficiency with modern financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Sage Intacct, Workday, Anaplan, or similar)Background in real estate or construction industry verticals
