Chief Operating Officer

Job Description

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) at THINK Neurology for Kids is responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the practice while ensuring every department delivers an exceptional patient and family experience. This role drives operational excellence by developing leaders, improving systems and workflows, monitoring key performance indicators, and fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement. The COO works closely with staff to align operations with the practice's mission-Igniting human potential. Proving impossible is nothing.
