The primary purpose of this role is to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the insurance business unit, the Product Services Group. This role is responsible for managing daily servicing activities, coordinating workflows, and ensuring consistent delivery of high quality support across core operational functions.What You’ll DoUtilize service management system to track open issues and resolve incidents timelyPerform agency and user system maintenanceProvide timely and accurate responses to user requests and reported issuesFacilitate first level triage through Service Now and send internal communication to ensure users receive clear, timely updates regarding issue status and resolution stepsRespond to escalated service issues and ensure prompt resolution with a focus on customer satisfactionHandle escalated customer inquiries and complaints to ensure resolution and satisfactionProvide support on all tasks as directedWhat You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent0–1 years of experience preferred, but not required#LI-Hybrid#DEIBUS Work AuthorizationUS Work Authorization required.
