Responsibilities Conduct speech and language screenings and evaluations for students. Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs). Provide therapy for articulation, fluency, voice, and language disorders. Collaborate with teachers, families and multidisciplinary teams. Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student progress reports. Maintain Medicaid billing documentation and related records. Qualifications Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology (SLP) or related field. State SLP license in the state of residence. Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA). Experience in a school setting, early childhood, or pediatric environment preferred. Strong knowledge of speech and language development, assessment tools, and therapeutic techniques. Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team of educators, parents, and community members.
