Skilled Trades RecruiterDenver, COTradesmen International is hiring a Skilled Trades Recruiter (internally, Project Coordinator) to lead full-cycle recruiting for our skilled craftworker pipeline. In this role, you'll source, screen, and place skilled tradespeople with our construction clients — working closely with our Account Executives to make sure every order is filled with the right person, fast.Founded in 1992, Tradesmen International is a leader in skilled trades staffing and labor consulting, built on a culture of Safety, Productivity, and Craftsmanship.What You'll DoManage full-cycle, high-volume recruiting to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified craftworkersSource, screen, and interview candidates using standardized assessments, both virtually and in personFill client orders by matching craftworkers with proven safety and skill records to project needsMaintain accurate candidate records and lead lists to track skillsets, interests, and availabilityDrive craftworker retention through ongoing engagement, relationship-building, and utilization strategiesPartner closely with Account Executives to align craftworker availability with client demand and support order fulfillmentMonitor project timelines and craftworker assignments, providing proactive updates on availability and project end-datesEnsure all candidates meet safety qualifications and maintain accurate safety and training recordsProvide inside sales and client-facing support as neededWhat You BringPrevious recruiting experience required; background in staffing, HR, or client/customer relations preferredProficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with iCIMS or another ATS a plusStrong written and verbal communication skillsHighly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-volume environmentComfortable using data to guide decisions and drive resultsConstruction industry knowledge a plus, but not requiredBilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not requiredBachelor's degree preferred, but not requiredRegular and predictable attendance required – this is an in-office positionTradesmen International is committed to supporting our employees with a comprehensive benefits package including:Annual salary with quarterly bonus potentialCompany matched 401(k)PTO and paid holidaysMedical, dental, and vision coverageShort-term disabilityVoluntary supplemental life insuranceFast-paced, high-volume, and never boring — join the Tradesmen International team and own the staffing outcomes that keep America's job sites running.Tradesmen International is an EO employer – M/F/Veteran/DisabilityBe Safe from recruitment fraud.
