Via Seating is looking for a Buyer to Join Our Team Salary Range from $40,000 - $60,000 Annually DOE to start Were looking for a detail-driven, analytical Buyer to support our Purchasing Manager and VP of Supply Chain in executing procurement strategies that keep our operations running smoothly. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, solving problems, and improving processes in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This is a non-safety sensitive role in Sparks, NV which could be either in-office or remote. Local candidates are highly preferred. For the first three months the candidate is required to work on site, remote working can be arranged based on candidate's competency level. What Youll Do As a Buyer, youll play a key role in ensuring materials are available when needed while optimizing inventory and supporting continuous improvement efforts. Plan, analyze, and purchase materials based on demand, usage trends, and supply chain conditionsMonitor and reconcile shipping documents, update purchase order due dates, and communicate delaysBuild and enhance Excel-based tools, reports, and trackers to support data-driven decisionsAssist in implementing and optimizing new systems, reports, and process improvementsCollaborate cross-functionally to support production and operational goalsMaintain compliance with all company safety policiesSupport additional supply chain initiatives as needed What You Bring Were looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working with data and cross-functional teams.
