Customer Experience Representative

Due to an internal move, we are currently seeking a Customer Experience Representative to join our team. In this role, we are looking for a highly organized and motivated individual ready to contribute to the support of the Sales Operations of the business. You will do this by assisting our Customers with their sales and rental enquiries and passing that information on to our Sales representatives. Duties & Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries via incoming calls, email and all further appropriate channels Take sales and rentals enquiries nationally using the series database to highlight the professionalism of Crown and develop a rapport with the customer Conduct outbound calls to keep customers informed Professionally sell Crown hand pallet trucks over the phone Providing a positive experience for our customers Help develop telemarketing programs for existing customers and potential customers that lead to an increase in qualified enquiries. Skills & Experience A positive, professional, Customer focused, attitude High Energy and Motivation Excellent Communication and Organisation Skills Good attention to detail Prioritising multiple tasks whilst accurately completing work within set deadlines Ability to work under pressure Experience in a similar role would be highly regarded, although not essential What sets us apart?
