Costello Eye has grown every year for the last 20+ years and is always looking for good people. We have grown from 5 employees to 65 employees in 20 years and we serve 7 locations in 5 counties. While we have many employees that have moved up through our team and never left, we have also been a stepping stone for future nurses, radiology techs, scrub technicians, doctors and health care management staff throughout the region. For many of our people this is their first time in the healthcare workspace.

We could not have grown and cared for so many people without amazing, dedicated team members that have represented our practice so well. We are currently seeking medical/ophthalmic technicians and assistants to assist the doctors that are joining our team in the coming year. We are also seeking front end reception staff to greet, admit, schedule and communicate with our patients and help them prepare for their visits.

One thing that we learned from the very beginning is that without good people and a good culture in your workplace, we can't reach our goals and succeed at our mission statement. Our mission is to provide the most compassionate and most technically advanced eye care and eye surgery to the people of the Mohawk Valley and Upstate NY.
