Requirements:

• 2 years of experience as a RN
• Qualified applicants MUST have at least 2 years of experience in OR
• Qualified applicants MUST have Valid RN license
• Be willing to obtain Massachusetts licensure

Responsibilities: As a healthcare professional in a clinical setting, provide high-quality perioperative care as an OR RN to support surgical patients from pre-op through recovery.

• Deliver specialized OR RN care to patients across acute and subacute units, coordinating with the surgical team for safe, timely procedures.

• Monitor patient conditions, administer treatments, and document outcomes using clinical workflow standards and patient-safety best practices.

• Advocate for the best possible patient experience by supporting recovery, safety, and continuity of care as part of a multidisciplinary team.
