Reach Truck / Forklift Driver

Job Summary

We are hiring an experienced Forklift Driver / Reach Truck Operator for a full-time manufacturing and warehouse opportunity in Streamwood, IL. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience operating a reach truck and is comfortable working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Available Shifts

1st Shift: 6:30 AM–3:00 PM
3rd Shift: 11:00 PM–7:30 AM

Responsibilities

Safely operate a reach truck and other powered industrial equipment
Move, stage, and organize materials throughout the warehouse and production areas
Load and unload materials as needed
Transport materials to designated locations
Assist with inventory movement and organization
Safely stack and store products and materials
Follow all safety procedures and equipment operating guidelines
Inspect equipment before use and report any issues or safety concerns
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Work closely with warehouse and production teams to keep materials moving efficiently
Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements

Previous reach truck experience is required
Previous forklift experience required
Ability to safely operate powered industrial equipment
Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform physical warehouse tasks throughout the shift
