About the Opportunity – Billing Specialist Our client is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Billing & AR Specialist to join their growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and brings strong expertise in billing processes, collections, and advanced Excel skills. You’ll play a key role in optimizing cash flow, improving accuracy, and supporting financial operations. Key Responsibilities Manage full-cycle billing, ensuring accurate and timely invoices Oversee accounts receivable processes, including payment posting and reconciliation Proactively handle collections and resolve past‑due accounts with professionalism and urgency Analyze AR aging reports and identify trends to improve cash flow performance Utilize advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas) to track and report financial data Collaborate with internal teams to resolve discrepancies and billing issues Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with company policies Assist with month‑end close processes related to AR and billing Qualifications 3+ years of experience in billing and accounts receivable Proven experience managing collections and reducing aging balances Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis) High attention to detail with strong organizational and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication skills for client and internal interactions Experience with accounting or ERP systems preferred Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Location: Rutherford County – Fully Onsite Hourly Pay Range: $22.00 - $26.00 #J-18808-Ljbffr
