Job Title: Medical Front Desk Receptionist Location: Rolling Hills Estates, CA (Peninsula Research Associates Clinical Research Site) Type: Regular Full‑time Employee Schedule: Mondays through Fridays, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pay Range: $20‑23 per hour, dependent upon relevant experience, certification, and education. Manage phone calls and schedule appointments efficiently. Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and welcoming. Collect patient information and maintain accurate records. Collaborate with clinical staff to support operational needs. Handle various administrative tasks as assigned. Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure operational compliance. Assist with facility-related expenses to ensure budget adherence. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; certification in medical office administration is a plus. Prior experience scheduling customer/patient appointments and handling customer/patient phone calls required. Prior experience within a healthcare environment is required. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred. Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software systems quickly. Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Reliable and trustworthy.
