This is a full-time, in-office position with significant client interaction and opportunities to make a real impact on peoples lives.

What Youll Be Doing

You will play a key role in supporting our clients and legal team by:

• Communicating regularly with clients and guiding them through their cases

• Conducting file reviews and monitoring case progress

• Following up with insurance carriers regarding payments

• Coordinating medical treatment and communicating with doctors offices

• Tracking medical requests and treatment status

• Drafting correspondence to attorneys, carriers, and medical providers

• Filing fee applications and handling adjuster communications

• Explaining legal concepts to clients in a clear and supportive manner

What Were Looking For

We are looking for someone who is not just qualifiedbut motivated, organized, and passionate about client service.

• Minimum 23 years of workers compensation experience in a busy law firm

• Fully bilingual (English/Spanish)

• Strong communication skills and a confident, professional phone presence

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities

• Ability to handle a high call volume while maintaining quality service

• Comfortable working independently and managing shifting priorities

• Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A team player who works well with assistants and support staff
