Ramsey Solutions Headquarters is located just outside of Nashville in Franklin, Tennessee. We value our strong, unified company culture because we believe the best work is done together. What You'd Do in This Role

Live Events is the team that brings that hope out from behind a screen and into a room. You'll lead the marketing squad behind some of our most visible, in-person moments: the Ramsey Cruise, Investing Essentials, the Money and Marriage Getaway, and whatever event comes next. As the leader of two marketers, a copywriter, and a designer, you'll own the strategy that fills the room, in person and virtually, driving ticket sales and revenue for every event on the calendar. If you love the craft enough to stay hands-on and love people enough to make them better at it, you'll fit right in.

You're Probably a Match If

• You lead with a player-coach mentality: hands-on enough to jump into the craft when your team needs it, but coach-first in how you show up day to day, with enough design and copy fluency to give real creative direction.
• You’ve worked in live events, ticketed experiences, or travel and hospitality marketing, such as cruises or retreats.
• You're comfortable pulling and analyzing your own data in Google Analytics (GA4), and you use AI tools like ChatGPT and Claude as part of your everyday marketing work.
• You’ve built and run consumer-facing (B2C) marketing campaigns, ideally something conversion-driven and moment-based, like a seasonal push or a big launch.
• You know how to run planning cadences, prioritize a team's workload, and manage a marketing budget against revenue targets.
• You know how to delegate the day-to-day marketing work to marketers and coach them through it, giving your team room to make mistakes and learn instead of stepping in and doing it yourself, because your instinct is to coach, not just tell.
• You have experience with customer concept testing, market research, or survey design, and you're comfortable marketing virtual or hybrid events alongside in-person ones.

• Partnering across Ramsey's marketing team so Live Events campaigns stay connected to the bigger picture.
