Job Description Job Description Medical Scheduler LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Medical Scheduler for our healthcare client located in Kent. This will be 100% onsite and a full-time, 13-week contract opportunity for our client. This position will be focused on complex scheduling for coordinating and managing clinic operations, scheduling, transportation, and administrative support. Duties include creating and maintaining schedules for primary care providers, nursing staff, internal and contracted specialists, managing clinic calendars, and coordinating participant medical appointments across disciplines. The position also oversees transportation logistics, including dispatching drivers, routing, and submitting transportation requests, while using scheduling and medical records software to track appointments. Requirements High School Diploma or equivalent Minimum 3 years high-volume medical scheduling experience Must be proficient working within Epic and Microsoft Office Excellent ability to multitask and adapt to different priorities throughout the day Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially phone etiquette Pay Details: $22.00 to $26.00 per hour Search managed by: Jennifer Andrews Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
