Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) position in the Dialysis Unit located in Mountlake Terrace, Washington. This in-center role involves overseeing dialysis treatment and providing patient care across multiple clinics within the organization. Candidates are required to bring their license on the first day. The position requires flexibility to work any shift (AM/PM) based on staffing needs.

Job Details:

• Location: Mountlake Terrace, Washington
• Schedule: Must be able to work any shift (AM/PM) depending on staffing needs.
• Schedule: 10 hours per shift, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license from the Washington State Board of Nursing or Multi-State Compact Nurse license; current certification of Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) with a Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers card with American Heart Association; minimum 1 year nursing experience; previous Dialysis experience required; prior experience in Acute or Ambulatory Nursing preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will oversee dialysis treatments, educate patients, supervise Dialysis Technicians, monitor patient outcomes, administer medications, participate in quality improvement projects, and collaborate with other members of the patients care team. The role involves working at multiple clinics within the organizations locations, including Mountlake Terrace, Everett, Monroe, and Smokey Point.
