Customer Care Representative for Athletic Club.
The Role
Prime Time Athletic Club in Burlingame seeks a service-oriented individual who is honest, energetic, polite, enthusiastic, dependable, and punctual to join the team and receive a free membership to one of the Bay Area's premier athletic clubs. This is a Part-Time or Full-Time available for an entry-level position to assist members and create a positive customer service experience for both our members and guests.
Requirements
- High school or equivalent education level.
- Stable work history.
- Must be self-motivated and possess the desire for self-development.
- Have the ability to work autonomously when required.
- Be a team player.
- Be dedicated to customer satisfaction and a great customer experience.
- Must be available for Thursday, Friday, and Sunday evening shifts.
Responsibilities
- Resolving customer issues to their overall satisfaction.
- Assisting customers whenever necessary.
- Ensuring a consistent standard of customer service.
- Maintaining club to standards.
- Completing tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
Established in 1979, this is a 100,000+ square foot; full-service athletic facility conveniently located on 6 acres between San Francisco and Silicon Valley. Complete with tennis, racquetball, handball, squash, and basketball, a complete line of free weights, 4 lines of circuit training equipment, two advanced cardiovascular training centers, two heated swimming pools, and Five Group Exercise Studios. We are a Diamond Certified business and a Better Business Bureau Accredited Business.
