Information Security Analyst

Genesis10 is currently seeking an Information Security Analyst for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC, Las Colinas, TX, or Chandler, AZ. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

In this role, you will consult on moderately complex initiatives within Information Security Analysis. As part of the Executive Reporting, Metrics and Analytics (ERMA) team, you will partner with domain owners to develop metrics and reports, engineer automation solutions, and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of cybersecurity metrics.

Responsibilities:

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Information Security Analysis
• Review and analyze complex Information Security challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
• Partner closely with domain owners to develop metrics and reports
• Engineer automation solutions for metrics, manual reporting processes, and developing dashboards
• Adhere to metric guidelines and standards developed by Tech Controls, IRM, and Metrics Design and Governance teams to evaluate and manage metrics
• Support the domain and metric teams with metric changes, data gathering, and reporting to audiences inside and outside of Cybersecurity
• Manage risk, provide control oversight, metric quality, and compliance for Cybersecurity metrics

Requirements:

• 4+ years of Information Security Analysis experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education
• One or more of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, CRISC
• Experience with relationship management
• Experience with information security program governance, metrics, and executive reporting
• Knowledge of Governance Risk and Compliance (GRC) and Data Governance
• Adept at SQL queries
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills

Desired skills:

• Experience with Product Lifecycle Management

Pay range: $43.59 - $51.59 per hour
