Experience:

• 12 months of experience with 3 months worked in the last 12 months.

Requirements:

• This role may require floating to additional units and locations

• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living <100 miles from facility will be processed as local.

• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.

• 6 months gap required between for Staff at Program: Supplemental Program - Texas Health Resources and no current placement allowed at Program: Supplemental Program - Texas Health Resources.

Additional Details:

Required Skills/Experience: - Must have OB/GYN experience. - At least ONE year of outpatient healthcare clinic experience (such as urgent cares, internal med, family care) in the past THREE current years. - SNF, Corrections, Behavioral Health, LTC, Occ Health, Dialysis, Home Health, Rehab, Health Insurance and Remote work do not qualify for THPG clinics.

Unit Details: - Outpatient OB/GYN clinic.

Shift & Scheduling: - Mon-Thursday: 8-4:30; Friday: 8-2pm.

14 days maximum time off

2 Charge/Lead references required from within the last 12 months

Driver’s license required for submission

Certifications:

• RDMS (Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (ARDMS)) or the alternative certification S
