Your Role at Baxter

As a Customer Support Representative, you will support internal teams, healthcare customers, and service partners by managing parts inquiries, order processing, warranty validation, and product support for Hillrom equipment. This is where you help ensure hospitals and caregivers receive the parts and information, they need to keep critical equipment operating effectively. Your work directly supports Baxter's mission to save and sustain lives by delivering timely and accurate customer support.

Shift: 9:30am – 6:00pm

What You'll Do

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding parts availability, pricing, order status, and product information via phone and email.
• Research customer accounts and establish new customer accounts as needed.
• Identify and validate replacement part numbers for Hillrom products and equipment.
• Enter and process customer orders accurately within the ERP system.
• Generate return material authorizations (RMAs) and support product return activities.
• Verify equipment serial numbers, warranty eligibility, and product configurations to ensure correct parts are ordered.
• Run reports and provide equipment and parts purchase history information for customers and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with Credit, Service Stores, Distribution, and other internal teams to resolve order holds, shipment issues, and backorder requests.

What You'll Bring

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Customer service experience supporting customers in a phone, email, or order management environment.
• Experience processing orders, researching customer accounts, or supporting parts and product inquiries.
• Experience working within ERP, order entry, inventory management, or business systems.
• Experience handling warranty verification, shipment tracking, returns processing, or related customer support activities.
• Knowledge of order management, parts support, distribution, supply chain, or service operations.
• Experience supporting internal and external customers in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Applicants must be local to Batesville, IN to be considered.

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $36,800 - $50,600. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than of the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors, all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based on upon location, skills and expertise, experience, and other relevant factors.
